What if I fail the practical assessment?

You will need to book onto and pay to attend a further  course if you fail the practical.  Anyone that is struggling will be advised on which areas they need to work on to give them the opportunity to practice and attain the correct standards before the course ends

Tutors will be looking that you are safe, confident and secure in your coaching whilst understanding the underpinning priciples of coaching trampolining skills.  Tutors will advise what they are looking for and assessing during demonstrations and will work with anyone who is struggling to attain the required standards.  If you feel that you need extra help or want reassurance that you are performing to the required standards please do not be afraid to ask.  Our tutors are freindly and approachable and want you to pass all elements of the course with flying colours.

What if I fail the theory examination?

Provided you listen and pay attention to the coaching information and advice provided, study the resource books and complete guided learning/homework tasks you should be fully prepared for the theory examination.  We advise that you plan ahead and make time for study before the course rather than leaving it until the last minute or the night before.  If you do fail the theory exam you are allowed to re-sit once.  If you fail a second time you will need to book onto and pay to attend a further level 2 course.  Exam re-sits are charged at £50 each.  This is to encourage you to put the effort into passingthe first time and to cover our costs of processing the re-sit.

Lastly, please remember that you are attending the course to develop coaching ability.  You may not be able to achieve the practical performance of every skill covered during the course and once the tutor has assessed each delegates coaching performance the group will be asked to move on.
